Many of my patients come to my office having been to several doctors, having tried dietary and supplement protocols with lab reports that show “normal”, stuck in this one step forward, two steps back dance- recirculated through broken systems for, often, decades at a time. I get it, I have been there too, on a whole list of medications now off all of them, one by one- and healthier than ever before. These symptoms may be normal in the eyes of the world- but they don’t have to be normal for you. As you choose to walk forward, you’ll begin to notice how you naturally outgrow certain experiences and symptoms begin to just fall off- like finding solid ground.

The LG&G Mind Body Reset
The core curriculum is built to be very ready, set, go! Here, I will empower you with the information, guidance, and tools that you need to reset your system as I walk by your side before, during and after the 4 week intensive- held within the full 6 week MBR reset program. This includes the 28-day reset diet, where we eliminate inflammatory foods and focus on foods that heal, and weekly mindset training and exercises.
The core curriculum begins at the beginning with a welcome video, MBR workshop and pre-reset material into the 28 days and beyond. The full course end to end is 6 weeks. It includes the Holistic Guide Book (downloadable as a PDF), MBR Workshop, MBR Worksheets (downloadable as PDFs), 4 Weekly Video Trainings and the Health Education Series, including exactly what to do after the reset to sustain the change, tailor make and build upon it.
4 Week Intensive, 28 Day Reset Diet
The reset diet is our version of an elimination provocation protocol that is the gold standard for dietary personalization. Here, we will find out exactly what works and what does not for your body. Even, beyond the reset, I guide your through exactly how to reintroduce the foods you are interested in incorporating in a realistic way that can work for your health experience. Even though they are not a part of the program, we have shopping lists and meal plans available to make these changes as user friendly and easy as possible.
