Dr. Brooke Stuart is a holistic doctor in private practice and the founder and creator of Let Go and Grow®, where our mission is to provide the most direct and approachable way to experience growth in the world. Over the past twelve years, Dr. Stuart has worked with thousands of people during one-on-one sessions, through her online platform, and at speaking engagements. With degrees in medical anthropology, psychology, and integrative medicine, she uses a unique combination of holistic counseling and functional medicine to personalize treatments for her patients, particularly women and professional athletes. She works locally in Central Florida and around the world.

How It Works & What You Receive

The Let Go & Grow Mind Body Reset

The core curriculum is built to be very ready, set, go! I want to empower you with the information, guidance, and tools that you need to reset your system as I walk with you before, during, and after the four-week intensive, which is part of the full six-week reset program. This time includes the 28-Day Reset diet, during which we eliminate inflammatory foods and focus on foods that heal and also complete weekly mindset training and exercises.

We begin with a welcome video, Mind Body Reset workshop, and pre-reset material into the 28 days and beyond. It includes:

28-Day Reset

The four-week intensive diet is our version of an elimination provocation protocol that is the gold standard for dietary personalization. Here, we will find out exactly what works and what does not work for your body. Then, I will guide you through exactly how to reintroduce the foods you are interested in incorporating in a realistic way that can work for your health experience. Although they are not a part of the program, we have shopping lists and meal plans available to make these changes as user-friendly and easy as possible. We also have tips on how to eat out, travel, have certain conversations, and enjoy social settings.

Mindset & Video Training

Before the 28-Day Reset begins, we dive into mindset work, building awareness and bridging any and all gaps that may create an aversion to change. As we proceed and begin the 28-day protocol, six-week reset program, we will continue to support you through weekly video training. On the first day of each week, these videos will serve to educate, empower, and encourage you as you easily apply and deepen into the new concepts discussed.

Comprehensive Health Education

Health education is an extremely important part of this process. We can begin to explore how to make realistic changes and frame health in a productive way, looking at what works, what doesn’t, and why. Upon enrollment, you will receive the Foundations Tool Kit, which contains the Heart Based Practice and Holistic Guide Book for context and continual support.
