I met Brooke during a very challenging part of my life and I automatically knew she was going to become an important part. It wasn’t until I started to look into her practice that I realized just how important her guidance was going to be for me. I connected personally to her articles and was given the chance to go though her program and truly started to see a shift in myself, mentally, emotionally and physically. My perceptions have changed and I’ve actually been able to grow as a person. It’s been an incredible experience, and it is just the beginning!
