Many of my patients come to my office having been to several doctors, having tried dietary and supplement protocols with lab reports that show “normal”, stuck in this one step forward, two steps back dance- recirculated through broken systems for, often, decades at a time. They show up with symptoms like low energy, debilitating fatigue, constipation, indigestion, allergies, anxiety, depression, issues with memory and recall, skin disorders like acne and psoriasis and eczema, insomnia, reflexive cravings and blood sugar issues, weight gain or loss, thyroid disorders, pain, infertility and the list goes on and on- told that this is their new normal, due to misfortune, genetics or age. I get it, I have been there too, on a whole list of medications now off all of them, one by one- and healthier than ever before. As you choose to walk forward, you’ll begin to notice how you naturally outgrow certain experiences and symptoms begin to just fall off- like finding solid ground.

The LG&G Mind Body Reset

The core curriculum is built to be very ready, set, go! Here, I will empower you with the information, guidance, and tools that you need to reset your system as I walk by your side before, during and after the 4 week intensive- held within the full 6 week MBR reset program. This includes the 28-day reset diet, where we eliminate inflammatory foods and focus on foods that heal, and weekly mindset training and exercises.

4 Week Intensive, 28 Day Reset Diet

The reset diet is our version of an elimination provocation protocol that is the gold standard for dietary personalization. Here, we will find out exactly what works and what does not for your body. How long is the reset?

The reset program is 6 weeks in total, which includes a 4 week intensive (28 day reset diet + mindset training).

Can I use my HSA or FSA account to pay for the reset?


How long do I have access to the reset?

To ensure that MBR participants have enough time to dive into the reset and sustain the change, all participants will have support and access to follow up protocols and updates for 12 months. This allows participants to have more than enough time to work with the reset protocol, establish a new baseline and set a foundation that can become a springboard for more.

Who can join the reset?

Everyone is welcome to join the reset! Yes, men, yes women- if it feels right, you are welcome to join!
