Our Process
Let Go & Grow’s team-based wellness experiences are collaborative, personalized, and designed to fit naturally into your organization.
Here’s how it works:
- Meet with leadership You’ll begin with a conversation between your leadership team and a Let Go & Grow facilitator to clarify your goals, values, and the unique dynamics of your workplace.
- Survey team members You can invite team members to participate in a short, optional survey. It gives everyone a voice and helps shape the experience to feel relevant, inclusive, and effective.


- Let Go & Grow Wellness Workshop Your team will be introduced to the Let Go & Grow approach through a foundational workshop. “As a participant, I get a chance to step back, reflect, and connect with my team in a new way.”
- Program or product of choice + explanation From there, you’ll choose the program or product that best fits your team. “Whether I join a guided group, take part in a book club, or receive a Growth Box, the experience feels thoughtful, practical, and grounded in real-life wellness.”

Mind Body Reset
A great starting point if your team needs a fresh beginning.
“As a participant, I get practical tools to reduce stress, reset my mindset, and reconnect with my body. It’s energizing, accessible, and ideal for teams looking to jump-start their wellness journey.”

Guided Group
Sometimes it’s just about showing up, but it always feels grounded in what we’re really working through: A customized, facilitated group experience tailored to your team’s needs.

Growth Box
A curated wellness experience your team can receive physically or digitally. You can choose to have a box delivered to your office, send digital versions to your team, or offer both.

Every team is different, and so is every facilitator. At Let Go & Grow, facilitators are thoughtfully chosen and matched with your team based on your goals, group dynamics, and communication style.
Your facilitator may be a licensed clinician, a certified coach, or a skilled guide with deep experience leading group sessions. No matter the background, each one brings insight, compassion, and practical tools to support your team.
