MEET YOUR FACILITATOR
Dr. Brooke Elisabeth
Dr. Brooke Elisabeth is a holistic doctor in private practice and the Founder of Let Go & Grow, where we are working to create direct and approachable ways to experience health and growth as a springboard for more. Over the past twelve years, Dr. Brooke has worked with thousands of people one-on-one sessions and through her online platform. With degrees in medical anthropology, psychology, and integrative medicine, she uses a unique combination of holistic counseling and functional medicine to personalize treatments for her patients as she partners with them to unlock their own intrinsic ability to heal!
In addition to working with patients, she publishes books and journals, works with teams and organizations, and speaks on well-being in the workplace.

How does Library Card work?
Library cardholders have access to everything Library Card has to offer as long as their subscription is up to date. Subscriptions renew annually and can be cancelled for the following year anytime.
Do you offer specialty or group rates?
Yes! If you have a group of 5 or more people, please contact us here: hello@letgoandgrow.com. We also offer scholarships.
What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds on Library Card or our other products or services. This is the standard for online subscriptions, wellness programs and healthcare services.
Can I use my HSA or FSA to pay for the program?
Yes, absolutely!
Who can join the program?
Library Card is open to anyone aged 18 and older who agrees to our Terms & Conditions and follows our Community Guidelines. If you’re under 18, we encourage you to explore age-appropriate resources or join with a parent/guardian’s support.
How is Library Card delivered?
Library Card is brought to you through the Let Go & Grow Portal supported by Practice Better, where you can download the app for mobile access or login through a computer.
