Let Go & Grow Internship Program

Our Let Go & Grow Internship is now open for the Summer term of each year (May-August)! We are seeking creative, growth oriented interns to join our team at Let Go & Grow International. This is a remote opportunity, and we are happy to do everything we can to provide students credit for this internship, if applicable. This internship is specifically designed to set students up for success personally and professionally with bi-weekly meetings and access to our full content library. For this position, you will focus on conceptualizing and developing content for our company’s website and working with our team to monitor online campaigns. In this internship, you will:

  • Have access to the Let Go & Grow library which includes courses, toolkits, books & other resources
  • Gain practical experience with developing content for a company website and social media platforms
  • Learn about Search Engine Optimization (SEO), blogging and content/affiliate marketing
  • Have the opportunity to connect with experts in the health and wellness field
  • Have the opportunity to participate in bi-weekly meetings, led by Dr. Brooke Stuart, where we will dive into the internship curriculum built specifically to equip students with the skills they need to self-actualize and grow
  • Have a flexible schedule (great for students!)
  • Walk away with a portfolio of work that includes the metrics you obtained and support of our company moving forward

Upon completion, you will have access to our alumni network, letters of recommendation, introductions to individuals in the health and wellness industry and Let Go & Grow specific networking opportunities. You will also receive the LG&G light and letter which serves as a reminder to remember all that you are, all that you have and all that you can do. 2023 Let Go & Grow Summer Interns

Julianne Sack

Julianne Sack comes from a small town in southwest Florida known as Naples where she lived most her life and decided to come to Orlando to study Biomedicine. Julianne’s parents are both immigrants from South America who came to the states for not only a better life for themselves but a better life for their future children. Julianne has always enjoyed challenges and believed a medical career would suit her ethic, but as she grew up, she discovered a lot of corruption and dishonesty in the medical field and decided this may not be the right path for her. During the quarantine of Covid-19, she spent a lot of time with herself and started to learn a lot about the power of the mind and healing the body through more natural remedies and activities. In turn, Julianne’s path for her future now consists of functional medicine and holistic counseling.


Gavin Sklar

Gavin Sklar is someone who strives for excellence in everything he does and is. He is passionate about feeling his best within his own body and helping others do the same. Gavin grew up playing plenty of sports with his main sport being baseball where he competed at the Varsity level in High School and was the team captain for his senior year. Sports taught Gavin the values of commitment, discipline, and effort while doing something that he loves. Additionally, growing up as the oldest of 4 children and later on the captain of the high school baseball team, he needed to learn how to lead others in many different ways for both an optimal family and team dynamic. Now, Gavin holds the positions of Content Writer at Let Go & Grow International and President of the Holistic Living Organization at UCF where he aims to grow and impact others on a daily basis.
